 Listeners should simply indicate on a piece of paper their complete name, age, address, and contact number, enclosing as proof of purchase either two empty flex foils of Enervon Multivitamin tablets or 1 boxtop of Enervon Multivitamins - any size, variant; 2 Neozep blister foils or 1 boxtop/bottle cap - any size, variant; 1 empty box J&J Pure Essentials Soap - any size any variant; 1 empty bottle J&J Band Aid Alcohol with cap - any size; 1 San Miguel Beer crown; 2 empty sachets Vaseline Shampoo - any variant; 1 empty shell box of Knorr cubes - any variant. Entries are mailed or dropped off at either DZRH, Yes FM 101.1, or Love Radio 90.7, or Radyo Natin stations.
